The cost is $250 and includes:

  • A short pre-session questionnaire (3-4 questions) to focus our time

  • A 60–90 minute confidential strategy conversation with Kate (virtual)

  • Practical ideas, perspective, and clear next steps

  • Follow-up resources tailored to your situation

  • 30 minute follow-up session (virtual)

  • Two months of email access for follow-up questions/discussion

Sometimes you need a trusted sounding board to talk through a specific challenge. Whether you're navigating a team issue, board dynamics, a strategic decision or something that just feels stuck, we’ll work through it together.

These one-time, focused sessions give leaders space to troubleshoot an issue, step back and think through options. I offer listening, perspective and practical ideas to help you move forward. You’ll leave with clearer thinking, confidence and concrete next steps.
