Kate Scherr-Adams has spent more than two decades in the nonprofit and government sectors, a team member. a board member, a board president, and for the past 15 years, as a consultant. She has worked with over 150 organizations, from small community nonprofits to large government agencies, from local initiatives to national organizations to political campaigns. She has supported leaders through strategic planning, large-scale events, succession, team crises, mergers, and moments of real uncertainty.
